Renovation Residence

Renovations were complete interior and exterior including the removal of a near flat roof and addition of a loft level with panoramic view room and added bath. The exterior colors are inspired by immediately adjacent foliage (underside, topside and fall season), bark and bark moss. Discoveries during renovations hint that the structure was originally a garage on the lower level and a roof covered shelter with fireplace on the upper level – perhaps a common neighborhood storage and shelter building.
